Professional Services

Professional fees (examination, refraction, contact lens fitting/evaluation, or any services performed by the doctor) are nonrefundable.



Within 14 days of the dispense date, if you are not fully satisfied with your frame purchase, we will credit the full amount that was paid for the frame towards the purchase of a new frame**.  You will be allowed one exchange only.  All frames have a limited one-year manufacturer’s defect warranty.

**Some vision plans are excluded from this as they do not allow for frame exchanges.



All lenses are custom made.  Therefore, any cancellation once the job has started can only be refunded 50% of the purchase price due to the cost incurred by the laboratory.  If progressive lenses have been ordered and you cannot adapt to them within 30 days, we will have them remade to single vision, bifocal or trifocal lenses at no additional cost, however, you will not get a refund of the difference in cost due to the expense incurred by the laboratory.

Certain coatings have a limited one-year warranty against normal wear and tear or manufacturer’s defects.  If the coating has been approved for the warranty replacement, it is for one time only. 


Contact Lenses

Undamaged, unmarked, unopened, or unexpired contact lens boxes may be exchanged towards the credit of different contacts.
